Went to Texas de Brazil at the Town Center last night for my 40th birthday celebration with my best friend, and WOW!!!! Everything was so welcoming from start to finish. The hostesses greeted us and immediately showed us to our table. The ambience and decor are so beautiful and grand with HUGE doors and mirrors. The food, SO FRESH!!!! I probably only ate half the items at the salad bar and just wish I could have eaten more. The meat selection was so amazing and every time I thought I was full and didn’t want any more, I saw the next skewer of meat and changed my mind 🤣 Our serve Paola was superb. She explained everything to us, recommended their caipirinhas, which were delicious, and was always coming back to ensure we had all we needed. And the GM, Karem, made sure to check on us multiple times as well and wished me a happy birthday. When a GM personally visits every table and knows to mention a special occasion, that’s excellent service. I just can’t say enough good things. This was one of my dad’s favorite spots, and I know why. 5 stars from start to finish!!!!
Texas de Brazil has clearly experienced a really great change in management!! This restaurant is so good now and run so well. Whomever they brought in within the last few months is doing a fantastic job as we have noticed how much better the restaurant is now. Our server (Paula) was amazing! We had such a great experience and we are very excited to return. If you’ve been in the past and didn’t love it, I highly recommend returning now as it is SO much better! Kudos to their change in management, right decision!!!

We had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Texas de Brazil tonight! The food was incredible, the atmosphere was wonderful, and the entire experience was made even better by our waitress, Michelle. ❤️ Michelle was truly exceptional! She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and professional, and you could tell she genuinely knew her job inside and out. Her presentation and explanation of everything—from how the restaurant works to the different meats and sides—were so thorough and easy to understand. She made us feel welcomed and taken care of from the moment we sat down. It’s not often that you come across someone who is that confident, personable, and genuinely great at what they do. Michelle absolutely deserves recognition for the experience she gave us tonight! We will definitely be back, and I sincerely hope Michelle knows how much her hard work and hospitality were appreciated. 10/10 experience! ❤️
Michelle was an absolute PLEASURE to have as our server. She is professional, excellent in her appearance, VERY knowledgeable about the restaurant, its history, the menu and special order items being featured. She was quite efficient in her offerings and very thorough in clearing out table. Her personality is welcoming and her smile is infectious. Thank you for having her on your team.
We had the best time there last night. Nester was so patient with our children, and made them feel so special. He taught our daughter our to say thank you in Portuguese and even explained the process of cooking the meat and told us where we could go view them doing it. All the servers were wonderful but he definitely stood out in front of the rest! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!
Recently we dined at Texas de Brazil - Jacksonville, and it was a fantastic experience. Andi, and Alex looked after us, catering to our every need. Our drinks were never empty, the food was sensational, and a great ambiance. Their service was absolutely incredible – genuinely the nicest people. Zay (The Manager) also looked after us, and made us feel at home. I would highly suggest you dine at Texas de Brazil - Jacksonville. You won't regret it.
