This is an open table floor plan. While it's prob set up to serve the most amt of people, it would be nice to have dividers between some tables. There's a 'salad bar' to start with. Men walk around offering various types of meat they cut or serve off metal skewers at your table. I wish there was more of a pattern in which they went to the tables. There were some who stopped by a few times while others we had to request (filet mignon) or they stopped by only once. No rhythm to their serving. There was a server who was very pleasant however a bit delayed at times getting things. This is a place worth experiencing however at $63pp w/o drinks, fill up on the meats.
