My husband and had a wonderful time! The service was top notch. Our server, Santo, was exceptional and a pure delight to walk us through our dining experience.
Enjoyed another wonderful dinner at our Detroit Texas de Brazil (known effectionately as TdB in our household) last night. We've been coming to this location roughly once a month for the past 3 years and have never had a bad meal. The food is always spectacular, but it's really the service that blows us away every time. If you want to be spoiled and well-fed like family, this is the place for you. I fall out of love with so many restaurants due to inconsistent food quality and service... and in a world of such chaos, it's truly astounding how consistently fabulous our experiences have been at the Detroit TdB. The selection of food in the hot and cold buffet is exceptional: try the lobster bisque and the seasoned (cold) shrimp and do yourself a favor and get a little dish of the chimichurri sauce to dip your cheese bread and meats in. Of the meat selection/service I most enjoy the garlic picanha, filet mignon, bacon wrapped chicken, ans spicy sirloin... i mean, honestly, try all the meats at least once (risk free, lol!), you never know what's going to appeal to you... the Brazilian sausage is also surprisingly delish.
Great place for a nice night out. Signed up for their VIP club but everyone I tried to give the check-in code to told me to give to the server. When I tried to give it to him, he said “later”, and of course I forgot. Also forgot about my 25% off. We did have to ask for water but overall the service, food and atmosphere were all outstanding.
We stumbled upon this place while headed to a concert at Credit Union One Amphitheater. It was incredible! I have never had a dining experience like it. If you are in the area, I encourage you to check it out! Bring an appetite!

Santo is actually the best waiter here and there’s a reason we call him Pronto Santo. Every time we come in he’s super fast, always reliable, and takes care of us. I literally can’t come to Texas de Brazil without asking for him at this point. He always makes the experience way better and is just a great guy. Pronto Santo is the man and deserves all the recognition.
Ask for a table in Nancy’s section! Best service in the city! Kind, attentive and took incredible care of us!

As we ordered our dessert, we told our server Andrea S. that we were expecting this fall. She was very friendly and genuinely nice. The service was incredible. The food, absolutely delicious. Try the lamb, you will not be disappointed.
